My Study permit timeline so far
SDS application from India
File lodged: 30th May
Biometrics: 2nd June, updated on the portal same day
Upfront medical: 18th May, no updates yet on medical
No further updates

Hello! I'm new here. I applied for study permit on the 1st of this month and I did my biometric on the 6th but I forgot to include my previous US student visa refusal in 2018, please what is the way forward for me, how can I rectify this? Thank you in advance for your help everyone.

I'd say it wont be a big problem for this. If u apply through sds online, i believe you can adjust via your acc online.

The status of my application changed from "Your action is required" to "Submitted" a couple of days ago without any intervention on my behalf... does this mean there is a delay with my application?

That means you have provided everything from your end and they will process it.
Just keep checking in regularly for further update.

What about your medical?

To be honest, Applying in June is a little risk for Sep intake. Mine is in May and lots of pp said i wont get it before Sep

Hi All,

My wife finally got the PPR request after a long wait of 6 months. She had applied from Singapore on 13 Jan 2022, Previous Biometric was still valid so not required. Medical was done in the first week of April and was passed on 30 April. Finally got the PPR request on 20 June 2022.

This was her second application as the previous one was declined on the basis of insufficient documents (as per GCMS notes we had missed attaching passport pages to confirm the travel history - need to include all stamped pages and not just the first and last page of the passport.

May applications will receive results in July end or August begining. Already 4-8 April applicants are receiving results.

Medical was submitted to IRCC on 10th March.. atleast that is what it says on the report. Although it has not been updated in my application yet.. it shows "You dont need a medical examination. We will inform you if this changes"

Previous one, which was rejected was a visitor visa or student visa? A consultant told me that stamped pages are only required for Visitor Visa.

It is clearly written in the help button in the application where the passport is to be uploaded that all markings stamps etc on the passport should be shown.
