Study Permit - London to Canada

Hello! I was curious if someone could help me out! I came across this forum and think it might be useful for me. Before I go and find an Immigration Consultant to help me in Canada. I have a few questions.

I am a French Citizen and I am a licensed pharmacist in London, UK. I am a permanent resident here. My wife is an Algerian Citizen and our son is also a French Citizen, who also are permanent residents in London.

I would like to apply for a study permit. I have been accepted into a 2-year Masters program at a University in Ontario. We have enough funds (I think). It will just be me applying for a study permit as my wife and son will come with me as visitors (is that allowed?).

I would like for mine and my families application to be approved before we travel to Ontario, Canada, so I would like to submit a paper application to the Canadian High Commission in London.

I would like to read up and look at the forms for my application.

1. Could I be directed to where I can find the required forms for a paper application?
2. Are there different forms or items I need to submit to the Canadian High Commission that is different than a regular paper application?
3. Does anyone know the minimum amount of money we will need to bring?
4. Do I put my wife and son down on the application even though they are coming just as visitors? What if she decided she wants to work when she is there, can she apply for one inside Canada as a visitor? Would she have an LMIA exception code or anything? And if she is inside Canada...where do we send the application to?

Thanks in advance!

1. canada.ca you follow the instructions on the website and it will make a personal checklist for your needs.
2. yes different forms and items will need to be submitted but not directly to the high commission. but to a VAC. which will probably be the London centre for your sake.
3.You have to show full financial proof for the first academic year.
4.Canada.ca will answer any other questions you have.
