The only way of knowing if you will be rejected or not is by applying. However, having your whole immediate family in Canada will definitely be a major challenge to overcome. You'll need to show super strong ties to your home country, at least enough to compensate for the fact your whole family is in Canada. Good luck!

Maybe with things like:

- Property to your name
- Participation in companies
- Other immediate family members in your home country (like wife / husband, children, etc)
- A job offer for when you return
- Being an official member of clubs, organizations, church, etc.

You'll have to be creative...

Still waiting any decision from Ankara, Turkey.
