Study permit issue

I gave in my documents on the 11th of June thorough Jerry's international and gave my medical upfront. At that time they said that it will take around 8 weeks but now it's been 11 weeks and still....no Visa. What do I do. I had to reach my university on the 31st of August for move in day. When i asked vfs global about this they said that it's being processed in Canadian high commision. Who do I contact . Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Its asking for a client I'd number and a Application number but on the receipt givin to me there is only a App reference number and a tracking I'd. What to do ?

You must have got an email when submitted your application
In that your student application number is listed like (S123445)
Call cic and tell this number they will assist you

If you didn’t got any email which is impossible
Tell them your reference number
Did you gave biometrics?

I did get an official receipt email with a number and barcode on it. Can you tell me the number of cic so I can call them because i have contacted vfs global and emailed them multiple times and they keep on givving me the same answer that it's being processed in Canadian high commision.
