Study Permit in Los Angeles

Hello

I have a question, I'm a Libyan nationally and I'm in canada right now with SX-1 valid visa and I would like to attend a collage program here in canada for a year . I applied here in canada but my application refused , they told me that I need to apply out side canada my question is can I send my documents to LA office by regular mail and do my biometric here in canada or I have to travel to USA to apply from there and do the biometric there?

Hello, have you applied for your study permit again? and if you have how did you go about?
Also when you applied within Canada did you select that you did a pre-requisite course?
