There don’t seem to be lot of people from USA posting here. Considering the estimate is 5 weeks, there has to be lot of study permit apps. Anyone knows if there is any other more active forum? I can’t find any. I don’t know why USA threads aren’t active

Has there ever been a case of an international student applying from USA who got Canada student visa approved? All I see is rejections. This is so depressing.

Is so true, Canada is not approving anthing.
Maybe cus it has too many people from Seria?

Many of the people applying from the US are not US citizens or green card holders. The processing times are not the same for those applicants.

Hello all, I am in the same situation. I am a visitor to Canada and I applied for my study permit online since March 17th. Till now, there is no single update on my application. I didn't even get any invitation for Biometrics, although i did it before less than 6 months ago while I was applying for my Visitor's visa. My school will be starting by August ending.
