STUDY PERMIT HELP

Hello
i am about to apply for a general study permit online , i have everything covered except one thing and that is i did my +2 in 2012 , then i got in a 3 year computer science diploma program in 2013 , now i did 2 semesters of the program but didnt quite liked the program so i decided to quit and now i got in the SAIT 2 year civil engineering tech program starting in winter 2015 , so i was wondering in my SOP , what should i state ? shoud i explain about my program and why i quit and stuff ? i am worried that this might be huge problem in getting a visa?

Yes, That will be a problem quitting mid of program.You need super strong SOP.

please any one can tell me am i eligible to apply canada study permit i did +2 last year.ielts score 6.5 in listening,6 in reading and wrriting and 5 in speaking which comes to over all 6 . i have got LOA from brighton college surrey.BC canada

Or I can also not show at all that I was ever enrolled in a post-seconday institute after my 12 , then I'd state in the sop that I was working my way for studies in Canada , like ielts , college and program , passport & documentation and stuff ??

breaking away in midst of a course will impact your case negatively.VO will most likely think that your purpose is not clear.

5 in one module maybe make problem in your case,,i personally have experience about this because i was rejected ,,i applied with overall 6 and 5 in writing,,so i suggest you don't go wid thiss, any further queries PM me,,
