Study Permit got rejected twice. :( Need Help (Complete Details)

My Study permit got rejected twice, here are the details

My Profile:
10th Grade 72%
12th Grade 50%
(Enrolled in BS Computer Sci, 3rd semester but didn't mentioned in application)
IELTS : 6.5
Program: Diploma Program (3 years)
Funds: =30,000 CAD Cash,
Assets: House worth 90k CAD and Agri Land worth 250K CAD
Education gap 4 years / with experience
IT Experience as System Administrator
Location: Karachi Pakistan

First Attempt:
Fanshawe College,
Program: Computer Systems Security
Intake: Jan 2016
Application Date: 24 Aug, 2015.
Rejection Date: 30 Sep, 2015
Rejection Reason: Selected school will not help you in career growth. + Purpose of visit.

Second Attempt:
George Brown College
Program: Game Development (I have strong art/ computer graphic profile. Game development was always my passion).
Intake: Jan 2016
Fees Paid: 9,200 CAD (Half first year fees/ first installment)
Application Date: 11 Oct, 2015
Rejection Date: 9 Nov, 2015
Rejection Reason: Family ties in canada or country of residence + purpose of visit.

I am very disappointed. Please Help, Should I:

1) Give up now
2) Reapply 3rd time for Sep 2016 intake.
3) Get CAIP Notes.

I am very sorry to hear the rejection from the VO.

I want you to look into your previous course and present applied course, accordingly you provide a good SOP mentioning that you are going for only study not for any other purpose.

All the best...if studying is you passion dont leave it...if not this country try other countries as well.

Hello Brother,

I have same case, did you applied online or through Vac ?
+ did they ask you to provide Medical, or you just gave it in advance.

My Case is similar to your, 2nd Scenario, though i have applied once, and have been recently refused.

I applied through VAC. They never asked me for medical examination.
