So, you are working in Chemistry (one way or another) , having a Bachelor degree, and suddenly decided to switch to food science IN CANADA?
It is a red flag for VO.
You do not have relevant job experience in food science to apply to such a program in Canada,
Think about other ways. The best would be a post-baccalaureate in Chemistry or Biology but even then you have to explain to VO why you need it in terms of you job experience and further professional plans in YOUR HOME COUNTRY.
Here a list of post-bacc programs in Chemical Laboratory in Lambton College

I am sure there are more similar programs in Canada.
Do you diligent research.
Concerning funding. Money from your father better be on YOUR account not his. Or at least he should sign an affidavit telling he will pay.
Just money in his bank does not tell to VO that he will actually pay.
Also, you could show VO money for the 1st year only IF you father and husband could provide proof of income that they will be able to pay for your 2nd year.
VO wants to see funds enough for study and living. VO considers as a minimum $10 000 a year for living.
Also, what about your travel history? Have you traveled abroad to developed countries?
