My Son have already taken flight ticket on 15th Aug from Dubai to Edmonton via Toronto. Would like to know from which Airport he can get the Study Permit. Please support.

@rogerdude1 What about the quarantine, is he going to do it in Toronto or Edmonton?
Will he face any problems at the border since his last destination is Edmonton?

Did you book the Hotel in Toronto or Edmenton?
if in Toronto, what about the connection flight?

If he is vaccinated properly then quarantine at final destination (Edmonton) until test results arrive (test just after landing in Toronto). No issues, final destination doesn't matter once he gets the study permit at Toronto.

He is vaccinated but taken Sinopharm Jab
Still not book the Hotel, we took flight ticket same day to Edmonton, that time forgot to check the quarantine rules. We thought quarantine need in Edmonton
