Hey guys i applied for my Visa through VFS on the 10th of April and I haven't had any emails yet. Does anyone know when i can expect an email with the acknowledgement letter or the request for medical? It'd be great if anyone can help

The processing time is 10 weeks For QR. Heard some applications take 15+ weeks as well. So I'd say relax and hope for the best.

I have also applied for the study permit on April 20, 2019 and I have done the Biometrics 3 days after the submission of the application on 23rd April.
Some of my colleagues in QU said it can take up to 12 weeks (around 3 months) but usually it takes 10 weeks as per the official website.
Which course or program has you applied to ?

Abu Dhabi visa office handles applications from Qatar.

Processing time for Abu Dhabi is 7 Weeks as of right now. Since most government offices were working very little hours during Ramadan, May was most likely a waste. Hopefully, things should be picking up this month.

By update you mean you can see the bio metrics enrollment date? I can see the biometrics enrollment date which means they were received but I did not get a letter confirmation that they were received. Have you done medical upfront?

Hi,

By update, I meant that it was reflected in my account. I did not receive the Correspondence letter yet. I didn't do upfront medicals. I tried to but the panel physicians said no and CIC will ask for a new one even if I did.

Hi, I applied April 9th and I got two correspondence letter. After the second one I got the medical request the next day which was June 4th. Just wait up it’ll soon come hopefully

Can you tell me what the two letters said? I think you will be recieving a positive decision very soon!
