Study Permit from Egypt

I have a bachelor degree and I want to study interior design diploma in Canada, I got accept it and I need to apply for a study permit, the processing time in Egypt is 14 weeks, I can apply from Saudi arabia processing time is 6 weeks
so any advice if I should apply from Egypt or Saudi arabia ?

I did the same , applied from KSA as my family lives there .

Do you have Iqama in KSA ?

If you have a valid iqama then I think its better to apply from KSA
