Study Permit Form - question 10

Hi,
I have doubts about how to answer question 10 on the form. It first asks for the cost of tuition? Is this for the first year or for the whole course? Then I have to enter room and board. Again, is it for one year? Do I include my family's expenses?
Your advice is very welcome!!! Thanks in advance!

Your course fees, room and board is for one year. Dont worry about it. Put the information for one year.
