To fill up the form your computer needs many plugins and I think your computer doesn't have it. In my case, although it was validated and bar code was generated, the form was not valid due to lack of few plugins. you are not even up to that. So better, go to VFS of your nearby place and fill up with their computer yourself. That doesn't cost too much.
