Yes I know. Save it onto you Pc and then open it with reader. Happens all the time.

Take my advice, this happens all the time. If you have not got adobe reader. Download that too. If you haven't got that it doesn't matter if anyone sends you it. Still won't open.

Right click on the shortcut/link of the application and choose "save as" without trying to open it.

Dont open with browser, right click Save As.. then open Adobe reader go to File Open and open the file.

A quick GOOGLE search 'CANADA PDF' or a search in the FAQs in the IRCC website and the solution is there .
