Study Permit for my brother?

Hello,

I"m a recent PR of Canada and I wish to bring my brother to Canada to study.
Are the steps that I should be taking and I think he would be come in on a study permit to Canada?
Just wanted to hear suggestions based on experience and knowledge.

He needs to follow the same process for applying for a study visa as anyone else. The first step is to be accepted by a school in Canada.

More likely that you being PR means that he won't get a study visa as it shows he has ties to Canada instead of ties to home country.

that's the tricky but on the other hand it shows support (financial/etc) as long as my strong history with Canada without a bad record (10 years)
