I want to send my son to Canada for his schooling form grade 9 to 12. wondering if I am accompanying my son (who is a minor) am I allowed to work in Canada. if yes is there any kind of restrictions on work.

There is no visa that allows you to accompany a minor child to Canada to study. Best case scenario you might be able able to get a visitor visa to come to Canada for a short period of time as a tourist.
And no - you certainly are not allowed to work.

I am on visitor record in Canada. I just got the job offer with LMIA NOC B. Can I apply for work permit at the border or should I apply online with a form extend or change my status. My Job will start from March 22 2018. If I go back to my country and apply the processing time will be 15 weeks.
I have searched a lot but could not find the straight answer. It would be nice if you can advise my since my LMIA is expiring on March 22 2018.

Maybe post your question in your own thread as opposed to ‘study permit for a minor’ which obviously your question has no relevance at all.
