Study permit for a masters degree

Hi, I have a few doubts about getting a study permit and a work permit for my spouse at the same time.

I'm hoping to get my masters degree on a Canadian University and I want my husband to come with me. Is it hard to get those?

Can anyone tell me how do I proceed or give me any tips?
