Hi,I'm about to apply for study permit but my financial statements seem to bother me .I'm already studying here In UAE but i managed to get admission in Canada.According to my bank statement's I can cover up my first year tuition fee easily but what bothers me is that i can manage to get money for following years but I don't have it in cash right now , so Im bit worried if will get rejected. My mother is a teacher and my brother is working here as well so i can get their salary certificates as well for the application if it helps? .I have an uncle who is a Canadian resident he can help me by stating that he can provide for my tuition is that helpful by any means? If so what sort of letter it should be ?.My university fee is around 20000$ and i have around 22000$.What do u think what other documents I should get before submitting my application.Lastly I have out of topic question, a while back i guess 5-6 years i got my vist visa with family refused for Canada no im not even sure if i have ucI no anymore but do u think it is worth mentioning in the study permit application .

How much is your first year tuition? To be approved for a study permit you need to show a bank balance that covers first year tuition + $10K in living expenses + $2-3K in travel expenses.

According to my acceptance letter my tuition is around 8056$ and the remaining 12000 is distributed like this
8000$ for residence ,1800$ for books ,student fee is 900$ and personal expense is 3000$ so I have around 22000$ in my account.I'm bit scared cuz I wouldn't want a refusal i can wait and take sometime to get better financial statements.
