Hello everyone,
I've applied for study permit extension recently and would appreciate if everyone else who applied in 2016 would post their timeline and help keep my hope alive cause this wait is brutal :o ...
If you guys got approval...how long did it take you to get approval or refusal?
Lets share here....PLEASE
 
mailed applications (sp extension) and CIC received on Sep. 16th 2016.

According to the website, they are processing applications from end of May, 2016. (last updated Sep. 16th)
 
You need to apply as soon as possible, that what i heard.
Please to share with me all the documentation, timeline and everything, because sometime from now i'll be going through the same.

International Center at my school told me to apply three months before it expires.

Did you recieved approval email?
Plus how long did it take you to receive the actual permit in mail? Do they upload it in CIC as well?
 
Yes! I got an approval e-mail.It took 15 days to receive it in the mail. Good Luck with your application
