Hi,

Anyone here applied for a study permit extension in February and got their decision yet? Just wondering when I can start to expect a response as processing times are rising significantly. I submitted my application mid-February.

You’ll be under maintained status for so long. Currently, TRP backlogs sit at 800k… i know someone applied to extend study permit since last year Aug, he completed his studies and apply pgwp… current processing time for inland applicant is unpredictable, priority is on economic class backlog

I thought I read somewhere here, someone who applied in January, getting their permit extension approved last week. Maybe I misread. Either way, the current processing times are quite a hindrance since I can't leave the country until it's approved.

Applied for study permit extension Aug3 not even a single update yet!
Graduated already and applied pgwp no update on that either!!!!!

Would you mind sharing your timeline when you receive your decision? I applied on Feb 28th. At the time of applying, the processing time was around 75 days. Hope we get the decision soon.

Hello congratulations on receiving your extension. I have also applied on February 9th but I have not received any update yet. As my application status says it is still under processing. Did you notice any change in your application before receiving the final decision? Thank you

Why dont you send a webform? They normally answer within few days

i did send webform i did got gcms note i even talked to my MP, STILL NO LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
