So my visa expired on dec 6, 2019 but I applied for extension on oct 18, 2019. My status is still showing as processing.

but currently they are processing october 24 applications.

call IRCC and check what they are saying because before informing me that your file is under quality assurance they were saying to me ,officer wants to verify something .

They told that it is 9 months procedure

For eligibility review , when this started on your application , because in my case it started immediately after submission , means immediately computer flagged my application and they put aside these type of applications .

Oh my god! But is it a good idea to go outside canada and apply for PGWP?

just check on their website quality assurance , how they can torture people through this unfair process.

Under eligibility review I didn’t find any flagged symbol. It just says that we are reviewing whether you meet the requirements or not. That’s it.

no it does not show flag symbol , it is in their software , that they used to select applications for this process.
