Study Permit extension

My study permit has expired and before its expiration itself I had applied for Extension. Now I am done with my studies but I have not received a decision on extension yet! So if any can tell me what are the chances of rejection of my Extension since I am already done with my studies

When did you apply?
Have you tried calling IRCC ?

I applied for extension on 16 Oct and my study permit expired on Nov 30. The current processing time for study permit extension as per CIC website is 99 days!! I did try calling IRCC but they never answer calls !
