Writing it on behalf of my cousin. My cousin went to Canada few days back as she got admission for MBA program in an university (don't remember the name exactly). But she has shown a deferred offer and intend to start program from October'18. Now, if she found the program is not suitable or not matching her desire exception may be she will withdraw and will take admission in a new university/ college for next semester May'19 intake. Now here is the question, can international students withdraw university or semester? can she apply for her study permit extension?
