Study permit extension time

Hello,

I submitted study permit extension application on feb 9, 2017. After receiving I received the message of confiemation of cic file submission and regarding application updation but now did not get any messsages regarding my application, is this normal of a topic of concern

It takes 28 working days to make a decision. ( Maybe more or less ).

You will receive few E-mails like this ( Your application Sxxxxxx has been updated ) this means that they are currently working on your application and those are updates into their system based on internal communications.

Once you receive an E-mail that goes like ( You have a new message in your CIC account ), this means you have the answer and you need to log in to cic.

It's too early to post that post since you applied about 16 days ago. Wait 2-3 more weeks.

I am on the same boat.I applied for Study Permit Extension on 11th Feb .
Could you please tell me if you have got any update on your application till date.It has been about 35 days(normal processing is 30 days now) and I didn't hear anything from CIC regarding my application
Your answer would be very much appreciated

Hi, me too. We are on the same boat. How is your application now? Have you gotten any feedback? I applied on Feb. 17th and do not have any feedback. Thank you.
