Study permit extension problem

Hello, Can anyone help me please?
I applied for a study permit extension on June 18, 2015. The extended time of period is 40 days for online application. I submitted online. I called the CIC agent, first time on August 20th and he said, your application is under review and you will get decision up to November 18th 2015 and don't call us up to November 18th. But I discussed this matter with my university adviser. He said like I can call the CIC agent one more time. I called a CIC agent again on September 2nd and that lady told me like you should get a decision on our application. I don't know why they missed your application because you submitted online 3 months ago and they don’t want any other documents. She said like I'm sending a message right now to Immigration Canada department and you will get a notification within 2 weeks. If I don’t get any notification then I call a CIC agent again. Today, I again called them and he said, I have to wait up until November 18th. I don’t know what I have to do. Because every time I called them and I got a different answer.

So please can anyone let me know, like what I have to do. The problem is I graduated last month and I have to apply for my work permit. I can’t work without my permit.

Why did you apply for study permit extension when you have graduated already? You should have applied for PGWP.

Because my study permit was expired on July 31, 2015 and my final exam was in August. . SO i need a valid study permit to stay in Canada legally to complete my degree and attend my convocation.

But did you receive a letter from your college that you completed your program before July 31, 2015?

No, Actually my first study permit was expired on March 31, 2015. I knew like I'm going to finish my study in August 2015. So I applied for study extension in January 12, 2015. I submitted all the documents and mentioned in my application like I need a study permit up to end of October 2015. but they gave me up to July 31, 2015. So that's why I applied again to stay here legally and complete my study.

i am like same case as you bro.
i have aplied on 25 may and stll under review.

its normal process , they pick any file rendomly and they send it for further review.

if you dint work over 20 hr /week and you study properly so you dont need to worry about it..

are you in 2 year program or you did 2 diffrent 1-1 year program?

I also applied around July 1 2015 for a renewal from within Canada (online).

I have called twice. The second time I was also given the November 18, 2015 date. I'm not sure what's so special about that date.... I've waited 4 months.... and it should have been only a 35-40 day wait time. Why are the processing times on the website so inaccurate? I have so many things I need to do that require my proof of a current study permit, but I can't do them because it's still expired!

I applied for study permit extension on July 3rd and still no news yet.
My study permit expired on Sept 30 and I need a valid study permit to get pgwp after December this year I graduate.

Is it because we only have very less months to complete the program causing the delay?

I don't know. At least you have a date to hope for. I don't know when I can get mine and just have waited for 4 months and nothing happened

1. What was your exact duration of course (Total yrs) ?
2. Can you please share your date of graduation?
3. Do you have letter of confirmation for your graduation and transcript ?

First of all if you applied your SP Ext on June 18th 2015, you're overdue 100%. Per CIC they are processing online application rec'd on Sept 23-2015.
