Please help!!!! Here is my case

I have graduated from Algoma University. my study permit was valid upto 20 December 2024. For preparation of IELTS which is urgent requirement to apply PGWP and I extended my study permit to 20 March 2025.

But I did not get the CLB 7 in IELTS after many attempts and unable to apply PGWP.

Now expiry of the study permit is near.
I have no money and I am jobless in Canada.

what are the options for me??

Should I return to home country and apply PGWP from there and travel on TRV?

Or Should I apply vistor visa and restoration of status and remain in Canada?

Please suggest best option or any other option according to my case.
Thanks in advance

Well you need CLB 7 if you got a degree. So that is your focus and you have up to 6 months to apply outside Canada, or stay in Canada.

So you have until 20 March to apply for PGWP after that you have to restore status and then apply for PGWP. Can you get CLB 7 test completed within 5 days…probably not. What are your scores?
Yes it is matter of worry I cannot get CLB 7 now (due to less time).

How good is the option that if I return to home country before 20 March 2025 for next 3 month and clear IELTS and apply PGWP from there. My question is in this case should I apply for restoration or it is not required.
And will I face any problem when I will return back to canada ?

If you apply outland for PGWP then look at processing times for your country. No issue returning but need to apply within 180 days of program completion. Were you full time throughout program?

Yes I was full time student.
My course completed on 20 December 2024. Means now 90 days are over.
Now i have 90 days remaining.
I am from India and the processing time from India is 4 to 6 months

Just a conspiracy theory, but IELTS exams in non English speaking countries tend to be easier and you will probably get more marks if you take your exam in India.
