study permit extension pending but program complete, PGWP quairy

i applied for study permit extension and (spouse sowp extension) but my course complete today before visa decision. we both are in implied status

1. can i apply pgwp with applied status?
2. And can i work if i apply pgwp?
3. My spouse got conformation letter while appling extension to work till feb 2024, Can he keep working in applied status? I think spouse permit tied to principle applicant me so he can't work ?

Hi, the same problem I am facing, dont know what to do , I got my completion letter from college but still my study permit and spouse application in process...

( let's keep working spouse till his implied status last or decision come, and student must stop working after completion letter)
we need to wait, Submit pgwp or restore status don't know.
please know let me know if you do any further process

I thought I should apply for pgwp because I received the completion letter from the clg . The main thing is if now I apply for the pgwp when my extension is in process. so I will be not eligible to do work. So, when I applying for my spouse file How can I attach the job offer letter as well as pay stubs even I am not eligible to work, I am very confused what should I do
