Study permit extension-Nov applicant still in process

Hi all,
I am one of the nov applicants applying for the study permit extension. I was told I got the approval by an agent on May 19th. But I don't see any update in my account. And after one month of waiting time, I still don't receive my approved letter and new study permit.
I called several times and all the agents don't know what's the reason. They left a note to the office but no response.

Is there anyone who has a similar experience to me? Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks. In despair.

OP is from 2020, so probably. Why don't you do flagpoling if you have a valid TRV?

Yeah, my bad. Flagpoling for study permits is only possible for US nationals, green card holders, and residents of Greeland and St. Peirre et Miquelon.
