Hello, my brother in law applied for his Study permit extension on April 20th, got approval on 21st June (in CIC account). So be patient its on your way too.
One quick question how long does it take to receive Study permit in mail after getting it approved ?

Please i have a question. My study permit is expiring the same day with my Visa and i have applied for study permit extension already......i want to know do i have to apply for Visa extension (TRV) separately or do the study permit extension covers that

You will have to reapply the visa (TRV) with the new study permit in hand.

Depends on your location, their office is based in Vegreville, Alberta. The closer you are the earlier.
But usually takes a week or so. One of my friends applied from Halifax, NS and it took a week after approval for the paper to reach him.

But any other student ... After 21 april who had applied..?

Just an update:
I received my paper yesterday, took roughly a week through mail.
Applied April 18th
Approved June 20th
Received by mail June 26th
