Study permit extension more than 90 days haven’t received it yet

Hi everyone! My study permit extension was submitted on July 15, 2021 and I still haven’t got it until now. It should be October 15, 2021 cause it has to be 90 days of processing. The only status of my application is “We are still reviewing your eligibility requirements”, this is making me anxious. Does anyone also have this kind of situation like me? How much longer did you wait?
