Hi,
So my study permit expires on 16th of June. I was filling the application today and I saw the question asking have I ever been arrested, charged, or convicted.
Back in late 2017 I was arrested for theft under $5000 but I was not convicted. I was conditionally discharged, did a diversion program with my school's campus clinic for my mental health as ordered by court and paid restitution. I basically gave discounts to a couple of my friends while working at a store. I was not convicted and have no criminal record. What should I do? How will my application move forward? What documents do I need to show?

That you were not convicted helps. You'll need to provide full documentation of everything that happened along with a letter of explanation detailing the conditional discharge, etc.
