Yes, it will come soonest.I uploaded the document that they requested from me. Right now only i can see they are processing my application and do the background check. I submitted my application in June, 2024. Hopefully it will come this month...
I went to Service Canada to ask about the same issue. They said I can study/work with the expired SIN until I receive my physical copy of the study/work permit.
An update and a question:
Solo applicant
Applied: 20th October 2024
BVL Correspondence: 19th December 2024
Approval: 28th December 2024
Question: Will I get a digital copy of the study permit before it is mailed to me? Asking this since I have to renew my SIN.

I applied for my extention on 24th Oct, still waiting on approval. My study permit expired on the 27th of November 2024.Any Approvals today ?

Although i finished with my program in December 2024, im in dire need of the approval as i do not want to apply for my PGWP on Maintained status which mean i wont be able to work unti PGWP is approved.

Once the passport is delivered to CPC Ottawa for Visa stamping, do they notify you that they have received our passport? Can we contact IRCC to ask if they have received our passport?
