be positive... I dont know if this changes apply for people who are already started their programs or just for they who are going to apply for a STUDY PERMIT since november 1st

I have called them every week for the last two months, sent web forms and also used MP.

I just got my BVL today Oct 4th, (solo applicant) applied on sept 13th

It might be really helpful if we could add Province of approval to the timeline of your application.That would help us to estimate how the processing time is running. As far as I can see, ON is moving slower than the other provinces.
