Study permit expiring a week after my last final exam

My study permit is expiring 31 march and my last final exam is on 23 march.

Should I apply for study permit extension to guarantee that I'll be eligible for pgwp? Will the extension be approved, keeping in mind that my enrollment letter from the university states that I'm a student until 30 April?

for sure, apply for extension of you cannot apply for PGWP before March 31 or even you have doubt about it. Although the processing time is now huge, I've applied for more than three months and nothing.

Thank you, and looks like that's what I'll do. It doesn't really matter how long it takes as from my understanding you can still apply for PGWP if you're on implied status.

Current processing time is somewhere around 168 days. That's over 5 months.
