Study permit expired and on PGWP Implied status now. Can I do flag pole?

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I completed my master's last 29th Sept. 2022, I applied for my PGWP on 29th Sept. 2022. My Study permit expired on 30th Sept 2022.

In order to get my PGWP can I do a flag pole in Point Roberts near Delta BC in Vancouver? I do not have TRV or a valid Study permit, but I have the rest of other required documents.

Can Anyone help me if that would be risky? I have done my Masters from Reputed DLI university.

In your situation, you can not flagpole since both trv and sp are not valid

Thanks bro, Is it advisable to go to immigration officer and enquire about flag pole? Can I ask them if I am eligible to do flag pole?

There is eligibility criteria on the link provided, but if you want to go and enquiry, its totally up to you. I am not sure when you say "to go to immigration officer", where are you referring?
