Hi,I'm applying for my study permit by the mid of jan and I have some queries .I hope you guys can help me out.1)I happen to have applied before in 2008 for a visit visa with my family and my mom was the main applicant that time not me so I believe I have a UCI no or file no ,We got our application rejected so if i write that old file no or UCI no will it lower my chances of getting a study permit?2)Is it advisble to skip it?.3)I have a close relative in Canada who is a permanent resident there, is it advisable to mention him in the application or give his reference .4)Is it a good idea to show letter of support or loan from him inorder to make my financial situation better ?.I have around 22000$ in my bank account and my tuition fee is around 8000-9000$ the rest is for residence and other expenses.Do you think it is enough ?.I also have a property in my home country right now I'm living in UAE so does that make stronger ties to my home country?.
