Study permit does not have remark of part time work permit

Hi
I got my study permit r and when I went to service Ontario for the SIN no so they denied to give me the SIN no. By saying that the study permit have no remark of doing the job of part time work. But actually super the government of Canada's rule the student can do the work for part time up to 20 hours. What should I do please help me it's serious condition for me....

You will have to submit a request to amend your study permit.

Nothing to worry...just request to ammend your study permit.... Can you tell what questions did officer at airport ask you ?
 
Does anybody know what the remark DXC464 means? The officer didnt add the work on mine but added that remark.
