I have already applied for a Sin numberFor questions 2 - 12
You only need to fill in information that needs to be changed. Do not complete any fields if the information is already correct on your study permit.
If you are requesting an amendment to indicate your work eligibility on your study permit, and you don’t require any other corrections, leave questions 2-11 blank. For question 12, indicate “Conditions/remarks regarding student work authorization.” You will then need to explain your request in “Part C”.
And in Part C ,
For question 1
Write “N/A” – it does not apply to you as a study permit holder.
For question 2
Write the following (as applicable):
- If you are a UBC degree- or diploma-seeking student: Please amend my study permit to reflect my eligibility to work on and off campus in Canada so that I may apply for a Social Insurance Number. I am a full-time, degree- or diploma-seeking student at the University of British Columbia. Thank you.
- If you are a non-degree-seeking student (e.g. Exchange, VIRS or Visiting Student): Please amend my study permit to reflect my eligibility to work on campus in Canada so that I may apply for a Social Insurance Number. I am a full-time student at the University of British Columbia. Thank you.

I have another thing on my Study permit which is field of study- HOSPITALITY/TOURISM
However, study permit of my all friends show ANY SECONDARY in field of study section
Does not authorise re entry just means a study permit on its own cannot be used as a travel document, you need a TRV as well if not visa exempt.on my study permit, case type- 30 is shown
what does it mean? AND in remarks observations it says
