I have work experience of 1.8 years in an IT company in India. For the first 1.5 months, I was paid in cash and for the rest of the duration, in a Bank account. As I will put the bank statement of full work experience duration, my salary in cash will not be there on the statement. So, how do I prove it? Note that no payslips were given.

Please help me out as I need to apply for my study permit for Fall 2022 as soon as possible due to high processing times.

Get it on letterhead from your company's HR department that you were paid in this way? Will the cash element reflect on Fom 16? If so, you can use that as well.

Okay, thanks for your response...My From16 does not have any cash amount mentioned. I have below document "Salary Certificate" to prove cash salary. I will get it on letterhead with a stamp and signature. Will there be enough or do need to add/edit any information?

Simba112, yes I will apply through Student Direct Stream and I do have a work experience letter (on letterhead with a stamp and signature) mentioning the total work period (full time and part-time period), annual salary (no mention of cash salary), and responsibilities. As I will put bank statement for the whole period, I will have to provide proof for the cash salary of 1.5 months. Can you please verify above attached "Salary Certificate" document? Do I need to make any certain changes

DesiPikachu, can you please have a look at this document

If you have salary slips for the latest 2 or 3 months, attach those along with the salary certificate, letter of recommendation, or relieving letter, whatever your organization gave you that is on their letterhead. Don't worry about the initial 1.5 months.

I have submitted bank statement of full duration highlighting all salary credits, salary certificate, and reference letter on letter head with stamp and sign.
