Study Permit - DLI Change

Hi,
I have changed my DLI once and unfortunately have WRONGLY put in the start date of my new program;; and haven't even written that wrong date down. Now I want to change DLI again, but the website says you entered wrong info. I have emailed the gov sending them a bunch of screenshots and information, but they only replied telling me the start date I enter is wrong. Well, I know the start date is wrong. I just don't know what I have put in last time that I changed DLI.

Does anyone know how should I contact the gov to have them correct the wrong info that I have provided???

If you check the email properly they have given you the date you should enter. The post is from May I hope it has been resolved by now.

Problem is resolved... exactly as you said.
but they hadnt sent any date in the email they gave me at first,, so I sent another email requesting for a change in the documents and in reply to this new email they sent the date for me .

just to make sure, who send you the start date. I have the same issue?
