Study permit delay.

Not a good or bad sign. Background and eligibility are being reviewed so a normal part of the process.

I just got the final decision! My visa was Approved!

But they didn’t send a passaport request letter, but I already have the number of the work permit, study permit and an ETA.
Do you know if I have to wait them to stamp my passaport or I already allowed to travel to USA (just an example)?
