Study permit delay (Outside of canada)

I am in a similar situation, guys. I put in my application on the 10th of May, and the last update I received was on the 20th of May, stating biometrics was completed. My background check has been processing ever since and eligibility and medical (I don't need) have not started.

Hello @aditisethi5 did you uploaded your deferred LOA through webform?

I am in same situation applied for fall 2024 but application is still in progress

Have received new deferred LoA fro college for Jan 2025

I don’t need a LOA. Since this is my last year and I have a valid study permit extended my professors have been nice enough to allow me to attend my classes online for a few weeks.

So post questions under visitor section. You have an approved study permit so your timelines have nothing to do with study permits but getting a TRV/visitor visa.

Oh is that so? Will my visa not be considered a study visa? Because in my application I was asked to upload my study permit, proof of enrolment, as well as recent education transcripts.

Ok I applied from Nigeria and I was offered Engineering Software program.
