study permit delay 4 months

I applied online for study permit from india on 9th august 2019 and so far there is no decision regarding my study permit application
I have contacted ircc through webforms and got the same answer that is your application is under processing and we can’t tell you how long it will take.
What should i do ?

There must be something wrong with your application such as a missing document maybe

But i have contacted ircc so many times and they say they are processing and i have not been asked to give additional documents.If there is something they should inform or ask for i have no idea what’s wrong.
