How can you apply after refusal on SPP? As far as I know, once refused, you can't apply on SPP and you can only apply through general.

Hi i applied under spp paper on 24th nov. Got refusal on 4th dec. Same day i applied "online" for the 2nd time. Did i apply through spp or general? It wasn't mentioned anywhere.

my old study permit is over so i apply for a new study permit on 13th Nov. on 18th of Nov the sand Emile to upload my transcript. since 18th of Nov . and i am steel waiting until now today is 8th De i don't know what i have to do!!
because my University well start on 15.1.2016 i should be there before two weeks at less!
