Hello, applied on 6th November vfs ahmedabad and fwded to bangalore. Anyone waiting for visa who`s application fwded to bangalore? Is the process slow at Bangalore?

My friend who applied under University category on 2/11/2015 got his visa approval email today, He may get his passport by 21/11/2015.pavan.bolli said:

got an email and a sms on mobile that study permit is approved on 19th Nov
yet to receive the passport in hand , they said they have couriered the passport with the visa.
