Study permit approved for Health Care program

Hello Friends,
My friend has been approved for a study permit , in the field of health care, but because she leaves in Europe, she was not suppose to do medicals, she is confused now whether to do it or not. Her program is in health which requires the medicals in other for her to complete her work placement.

Please she need advice.

Thanks for your quick response, so she has been given 30 days to send her passport, so should she do the medicals in Finland, or she can travel and then do it in Canada.

She went to do the medicals and they were asking her a form from the immigration officer, which was not requested.

What next can she do?

Ask IRCC. Since for a study permit, she should have requested it during the process. It was her responsibility to do so and not IRCC’s. Now she has a study permit, so she needs to most likely change the conditions on her permit. That is going to take time.
