Study Permit approved, but MyCIC hasn't been updated

Hi,

Kindly wanted to check how much time did CIC took to finally give you your visa. I am in similar situtaion. Apllied for open work permit six months back and have been informed since a month now that my application has been approved but there is nothing on mycic.

have applied for student visa from usa to vancouver, ca on the 1st of august 2017 and till date have not got any response.
its mentioned the time to process takes 5 weeks but its more than 2 months. please help and guide how long does it take and if there is any contact number where i could call and ask.
