My sister applied for Study permit from Europe, they are a waiver for medicals, so the immigration officer did not request the medicals. She needs the medicals as she is a health care student. She sent a webform to IRCC and they are asking her to reapply with all the documents she used to apply for the permit. I presume the one who read through the webform did not understand. The person read it as she is in Canada.
She went to do the medicals, and they asked her to bring a request form, that was not sent by the immigration.
What can she do at the moment? Please advise.
