Please advise, why the study permit is delayed despite completing all the process and procedure requested by the IRCC. My deferral date is 15 August 2024, if i do not get my permit.
My sister was in a similar situation. She raised various webforms . She finally got a response 2 months later and then submitted her passport.
All you can do is raise webforms and wait.
